- Project Manager representing owners and lenders on residential and commercial projects.

- Project Architect for One Ala Moana and 525 Harrison multi-family residential developments.

- Produced multiple feasibility studies and schematic concepts for several sites around the Bay Area for developer consideration and initial planning review.

- Lead designer for future Thomson Line 1 subway stations and Napier Station for Singapore MRT transit system.

- Architect in charge of construction of four Circle Line 5 subway stations and Harbourfront Interchange.
